This is my second property purchase. My first experience was bad with another conveyancing company because I wasn't sure what was going on but I thought that was the norm. I can only compare with my limited experience but Dott & Crossitt was better in 1) Communication is clear and polite 2) Uses technology to easily track the progress of the purchase 3) Phone service is very quick because there seem to be multiple people on stand-by (I called about 4~5 times to ask some questions throughout the whole settlement process). There are more but those 3 points alone helped me to not get very stressed compared to my first experience. EDIT: Grammar
